COntract wine making

We also provide full service contract wine making for table wine. Australian Cuvee Centre has invested in the best equipment available for production and management ensuring we can make exceptional wine for professional wine brands. 

Winemaking services include:

  • All winemaking

  • Routine laboratory analysis

  • Barrel storage

  • Finished wine analysis prior to bottling

  • Complete documentation on all wines

We understand the trust and responsibility placed in our hands. Before we proceed with your business we will always discuss your needs in full and come to an understanding of services required. All contract winemaking services and pricing is agreed to and outlined in a signed contract prior to commencement of work.

We have systems and procedures to ensure that its service is fully accountable, traceable and transparent so that customers can be assured that the grapes they deliver are processed, matured and bottled as their own. All wine making is recorded digitally in Vintrace and you can access these reports on request at anytime.

Onsite WINE Filtration / CROSS FLOW FILTRATION

Mobile wine filtration using latest JU.CLA.S 30 sqm isobaric cross flow with filtration rates of up to 3500 L/h, ensuring minimal wine loss in single pass and minimal heat pick up. Available in Victoria. Experienced filter technician on site.

COntract Bottling

Contract wine bottling using Bertolaso bottle filler with fully automatic de-palletiser capable of filling speeds up to 7500 bottle/hour.

We also can undertake large format bottling. Give us a call to enquire about these services. We can store all your dry goods prior bottling and offer wine storage on-site.

Label and Packing

We offer a range of closures, including Amorim cork, crown seals and screwcaps.

Our labelling equipment can apply hoods, front, back and neck labels. We can supply a range of different coloured hoods or apply your own custom designed & printed hoods. We can supply a range of coloured muselet or can apply your own custom designed & printed muslet caps.

We offer 6 pack or 12 pack cartons or you may supply your own custom designed cartons.
